Excellent Tour Company TMI/Manvendra were very responsive to our short notice request for an 8 night stay in Kerela. Unfortunately some important details were missed. One hotel was booked 50 minutes away from our destination, which was very difficult after already traveling 5 hours in the car with a baby. Our driver had excellent driving skills but poor English and customer service, which caused frustration. Be sure to specify rooms at hotels when confirming itineraries, otherwise its likely you'll get the lowest standard room option.

He understood our tour brief very well - about travelling with aging parents and kids and scheduled a nice relaxing trip along with optional activities too.
